UK customers

If you are a consumer in the UK you can cancel an order, without giving a reason, from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive the goods. Tell us through our contact page with your order number, then send the goods back within 14 days. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return).

This right does not apply to custom course maps ("Your course, made for you"), which are made to your specification. If you want to cancel one, contact us straight away. We will endeavour to cancel, but this is at our discretion and depends on how far the order has progressed.

US customers

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size or orientation, or the colours look different on screen. If you contact us straight after ordering and your order has not gone into production, we will cancel it and refund you in full. For custom course maps we will endeavour to cancel, but this is at our discretion and depends on how far the order has progressed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (everyone)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (and of the packaging for framed prints). We will replace the item or refund you, including delivery. UK consumers also keep their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
